Japan Day 5 - Disneysea

This morning, we decided to beat the crowd & be there at Disneysea at 8.30am! They were opened at 8am for the week that we were there.

We took the Disney resort line to Disneysea. And we saw the crowd to Disneyland.

Almost everything has the shape of Mickey's head.

We saw the crowd to Disneysea!! ~Faint!~
Why are Japanese so crazy about Tokyo Disney Resort?!

We got in! And we literally saw people running in towards their rides once they get through the ticketing gates.

A globe at the entrance.. my 1st impression.. Universal Studio?!

Morning exercise is to chase after the Disney characters again. :)

Donald Duck, like Pooh Bear only wanted to say Hi to us. The moment we walked towards him, he turned around & walked in.

Here we are, getting a good seat an hour earlier for the meet & smile show. We had whilte bread with nutella spread for breakfast.

This is our ¥1050 strawberry. It was SWEET! DH doesn't like strawberry but he ate these.

Bea enjoying her seaweed

The meet & smile show

Bea insisted that I must take a photo of her seated while waiting for me in the toilet.

The Mermaid Lagoon

We had our lunch at Sebastian Craypso Kitchen.

Time for some rides after lunch. The mummies & girls queued for 1 ride while the daddies queued for another ride to save time.

Queuing up to meet princess Ariel.

Mervyn told her her angry face looks like Donald Duck.

She was even more upset.

Then happy again!

Time for popcorn!

The only princess we could find around Tokyo Disney Resort.

Let's move on. Err... what's happening? I only mentioned girls smile & they kneel down for me to take pictures.

Taking a break at the foot of the volcano.

On our way out, they were presenting their mid-day parade. Didn't managed to capture a clear picture due to the crowd infront.

Saw some characters on our way out at the back lane.

From here, Mervyn & family went back to hotel to rest as we had an early morning & Jenny caught a cold while waiting for the meet & smile show.

We wanted to go to Odaiba to see the Rainbow Bridge. This itinerary was not planned for this day, it was actually planned for tomorrow. So I had to ask the train station assistant how to get to Odaiba. They were very helpful, tried speaking to me in "English" & I was trying to catch what they said. Anyway, the only thing which I catch is 2 stations away & they pointed to another private line which I should take. :)

Basically our itinerary has been planned to very detailed. All trains rides from place to place were all written with maps to help us ask move around. My boss shared with me about his experience in Tokyo & told me to just ASK!

Thank God, we made it there. Tokyo Ferries Wheel.

Fuji TV Building

Saw some cherry blossom along the way. :)

The temperature for the day, 10 degree plus the wind chill. :(

Rainbow Bridge. It has 2 decks for vehicles & train to get from Odaiba to Tokyo Bay. We later took the Yurikamome line that crosses this bridge back to our hotel.

Not sure what is statue of liberty doing in Tokyo?

This is where we had our dinner while waiting for sunset to capture the night view of the rainbow bridge. Their noodles is so so only but they had yummy teppanyaki.

The Japanese name for statue of liberty.

The pictures were not fantastic, its actually double image if zoom in. Reason being I didn't bring any tripod to Japan. DH complained too much things to bring.
