Went for my review two Thursday ago. Requested my gynea to go through my test reports again to analyse the caused of the miscarriage. He went through the reports, he said that there is infection as mentioned to me at the hospital. However, the level of the infection is might not be that bad till it causes the amniotic sac to leak. Losses that occur after 12 weeks can be due to chromosomal abnormalities, which are a major culprit in almost all forms of pregnancy loss. Threatened abortion is the term used for cases where bleeding is observed and a miscarriage might take place before the 20th week of pregnancy. Well, with all that he said I couldn't hold my tears at the clinic. :(
An old friend of mine dropped me a message after reading my blog. This friend of mine had gone through an even more painful stage in her life. She said it is better to let her go before she is born rather than to suffer after birth like her girl. Her girl suffered a lot and it was really painful to see her struggle. I remembered the photos that she shown me few years back before and during her illness, it really pain a parent's heart. With those words that she wrote, I teared again. :(
