KL Day 3

KF brought us to Bangi Kopitiam for breakfast.

They then dropped us at Alamanda at Putrajaya to jalan around, they went back for a rest. Wanted to do shoulder massage but it was full. Wanted to do hair treatment but afternoon plan was to let the children swim so better not waste my money doing the hair. So end up, we spent the time walking around the shopping mall, letting Bea played at the playground and had a light lunch at A&W.

Bea took a nap after lunch while I walked around at Parkson.

KF & FL came to pick us and we went to Mont Kiara for snack at Desert Bar. This is where Nicole had her birthday party few months back. According to them, they serve yummy yet healthy food. And DH said it's nice and cheap!

FL brought the children to the Clubhouse for a swim.

That's about the end of the trip, we left for Singapore the following morning.

Indeed a good break from work, relaxed, chatting with freinds, children have fun together & FOOD. Actual fact.. no intention to shop or buy anything but end up carrying a big bag of stuff for Bea's birthday next month.. something which I have yet to see in Singapore at that point. :)

My Birthday

This short trip happened to fall during my birthday. Nothing special planned. Thanks to the Choong family for celebrating together with me. :)

Interesting cake.. they bought 12 slices of cakes, 6 flavours.. you get to choose what you like to eat.

Is It My Notebook?

I can't add pictures, cannot continue updating my blog. Has been trying for the past hour. :(

KL Day 2

7am, Nicole came knocking on the door. We woke up, washed up & went out for a stroll. They children picked some stones from the garden to do some artwork.

Beatrice's favorite place.. the staircase! While she took her time to climb up the stairs, the older kids 'crawl' up beside her.

Drawing on the stone.

Joshua reading to Bea.

11am, we set off to Bangsar Village. Since it's still early for lunch, the children spent some time reading at MPH.

We then walked out of the building to Madam Kwan for lunch.

OK, it's time for the children to hit Kizsports!

Pedicure at Chic Nail Spa. FL said the owner was a celebrity?

DH waiting for me at Starbucks. Joined him after my pedicure while KF & FL sent Nicole to a party.

While waiting for them to come back, we walked around outside the building. It's like Singapore Holland Village.

Settled down at this cozy place (cannot remember the name) for a snack.

This is salted chicken wings?

Fetched Nicole at her party place.

I want to be young girl again. Back in our days, we don't have such places for parties.

KL Day 1

Back to update my blog.

Went to KL for a short trip, just wanted a break from work and spend some time with family & friends.

Bought the Tiger Airways promo tickets for $25/way & off we went. My BIL sent us to the airport. The last time I went to budget terminal, there was just a miserable cafe corner which sells food that was not cheap. Now it has a cafe & McDonalds.

DH said let's take precaution & wear masks. So here we are on flight with mask on.

As usual, we stayed at the Choong's place. First night, they brought us to Pizza San Francisco at Bangi. The wonderful thing was Bea choose to stay home to play with the children.. Happy!! So we had wonderful time without any children, enjoying the yummy food.

This is chicken chop. Their chicken chop = our chicken cutlet.

For sure, Bea was enjoying herself at home with Kellyn. This is what we saw when we got back.. Doing Manicure!

Let me declare first, I do not do my nails in front of her other than when she was much younger (less than 1 year old).

HFMD Again

Trice is down with HFMD. Today is the 3rd day, praying her ulcers will get better so that she could eat, else she is super grouchy. My mum is helping me for these 3 days, Trice is super sticky to her and her tears like tap water. My mobile will ring every 1-2 hour with my mum's complains.

Trice is case #4 in school. This time round, the virus was going aroud sliently, no fever or spots for case #1 initially. Friday, Trice didn't go to school as we were setting off to KL. Saturday evening, received an sms from school that 1 case reported on Friday evening. Thought it was OK, since Trice was away from school on Friday. Didn't expect the virus to be spreading since Wed/Thu?

Do keep us in prayer if you are reading my blog. Also the Choong family cos we stayed at their place in KL and Trice had fun time with their children. Really don't want their children to get the virus also especially they have very young ones. Thanks!

Will be back to update my blog when things are more settle with Trice.
