This is a typical noise pollution! One colleague talking LOUDLY on the phone (the one with back facing) and another trying to listen to what the other party is saying on another phone. The fact is he is always that loud on the phone.. OK, blame is on the heavy ears of an old man. BUT when it comes to personal calls, he is so soft that we could hardly hear what he speaks!!
And the NOISE can be so loud, at the end of the day, you could literally feel the pain in your ears!! How I wish the management could do something about it. It was not that bad previously, before he starts handling more projects. :((
