Sending RLe at the Airport

12 May 2010

Met up with Stephanie & families at T3 for dinner after work. We parked at T2, so Bea had her 1st experience on sky train (forgot to take pictures).

Bea fell while trying to catch up/run with the older boys after dinner.

Took the sky train back to T2 to send the Lee family.

Here comes the kids...

run.. ruN.. RUN!!

How about a group photo together? But all looks a little serious?

Opps.. what did uncle Eric did to them to make them laugh?

EthanC: "Daddy! What are you doing?"

Let's try taking a nice group photo again. :)

Time for some iPhone games.

EthanL: "Check out my latest toy!"

Stephanie brought 2 Ironman so Bea had 1 too.

What Kind Of Mom Are You?

Took this quiz back during the mother's day period at Nanzinc. Just wanna share.. sound like me. :)

Textbook Mom – congratulations! You have somehow managed to get the delicate balance of parenting just right. You give your children the space they need, but are unafraid of stepping into that space to point it out when they overstep boundaries – and to take away privileges when the need calls for it. Even when it means being unpopular in their eyes, you do it because you know it is for their good. You are first a mom, then a friend. Yet, you still manage to connect with them on a level that proves your unconditional love unequivocally. They know they can always confide in you and count on you, even when the whole world is crumbling around them.

Mother's Day 2010

Dear friends, have been super busy at work place.. OT from home at night. At last, I told myself I'm not going to bring any work home tonight so that I can spend some time to update my outdated blog. ;-p

Last year, Bea refused to give me the artworks she had completed in school and in church. This year, she gave them to me happily & asked me to place them in my office. :)

We had fellowship for CG for mother's day. Dawn prepared flower & card for all the mummies in the CG. I remembered I took a picture of my flower & card but seem to be missing from camera. Will post it when I found it.

And the mummies and kids took group pictures.

Looks like they are ready for #3!?

Ethan's 5th Birthday

2 May 2010

We were invited to Ethan's mini party at his place. His present from his parents... Wii & moving to his own room.

We had spizza, old change kee, fried mee hoon/mee for lunch.

Kids in action on Wii...

The adults watching TV in the hall.

Ice-cream cake from Swensens.

Bea insisted she must be part of their family photo.

Fellowship with RLe

1 May 2010

RLe joined us for Expo service that weekend followed by fellowship at McDonalds at Budget Terminal. Why Budget Terminal? With only a handful of airlines flying from there, it is suppose to be the least crowded place compare to other Terminals.

We had a whole section to ourselves initially, the staff was still mopping the place when we arrived. But we also had a total of 3 accidents spill that evening. Thanks to the Mac staff for replacing the food/drink FOC and cleaning the place for us. :)

The power of Apple's App games!

Time for some fun at the playground to burn off their energy.

Stacking Lining the kids on slide... "Take 1!"
EthanL was blocked by Kenneth. Leonidas wanted to join in the fun too but he is too small. :)

Let's try group sliding!

Lining the kids on slide... "Take 2!"
This time round Christal cried cos Bea sat on her legs. Sorry!

EthanC: "Excuse me, can I cross over?"

The rest of the fathers busy chatting while we were busy at the playground.

The playground gets a little crowded near to flight departing time and some of the older ones were rough. One of the boy actually stepped on Christal's head while trying to cross her & get down the ladder. After a while, we got the kids back to the Mac to rest and some of them headed home to rest.

The 4 left making some funny faces.

Bea making so much noise, the other 3 had to cover their ears.

Oops! Kenneth tried to be hero & was hit by Bea.

If you want milk, you will need to buy yourself.

Kenneth draw and the younger 3 observed.

Time for a hug as we do not know if we will meet again before they fly back to US.

Grandma's Birthday

Celebrated my grandma's birthday on May Day. As usual, the extended families come together at my uncle's place for a time of gathering & eating.

We were a little late, by time we arrived, many were almost done with their food. :)

The 3 older ones after their meal. It's great to see them sharing and talking about 1 book together.

Calaen roaming around with his shoes on. :)

Raemus crawling with knee not touching the hard ground.

Warren, forever stuck to my dad. He can go without his dad, but not my dad.
