My pre-ordered Bak Kwa from Kim Joo Guan. Ordered was placed back in November-2011. You may say that I'm Kiasu but the fact was by time I placed my pre-ordered, collection for Friday & Saturday were already full.
Last year, I didn't managed to submit our pre-order and I end up queueing early morning to buy.
I was impressed by the packaging... 2 layers of packing all sealed tightly. The Bak Kwa doesn't feel oily to taste, it's slightly different from the one that I queued last year. Seem like they made some effort to soak up the oil.
